EcoSust provides energy audit services, design of emission reduction systems, and optimization of resource consumption in factories. All services are provided based on a written contract, which specifies the exact scope, deadlines, and expected results. We do not guarantee specific financial or compliance outcomes, only execution according to good engineering practices.
The client undertakes to provide full access to facilities, technical documentation, and relevant personnel during the audit or project. Any delay or restriction of access may affect the schedule and results. The client is responsible for obtaining the approvals and permits necessary for implementing the proposed solutions.
EcoSust undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting applicable technical and environmental standards. Delivered reports and projects remain the intellectual property of EcoSust until full payment of invoices. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit caused by delays not attributable to us.
The total liability of EcoSust for any claim related to services shall not exceed the value of the respective contract. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, unforeseen legislative changes, or actions of third parties. Our recommendations do not constitute legal or financial advice.
All technical and commercial information shared by the client is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Contact data is used exclusively for communication related to services and is not shared for marketing purposes.
The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. EcoSust reserves the right to modify these terms of use, with 15 days' prior notice on the website. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
