Start Service Package

The Start Service Package is designed for industrial manufacturers who want to quickly assess their environmental footprint and establish a solid foundation for ESG reporting. It is not a generic consulting package, but a structured set of technical activities, deliverables, and clear deadlines, suitable for an initial phase of compliance and optimization.

Within this package, our team performs a screening audit of energy consumption and direct emissions (Scope 1 and 2), based on operational data from the last 12 months. The result is a diagnostic report that identifies the top three sources of inefficiency and proposes high-priority corrective measures. No certifications are issued, but a clear picture of the starting points is provided.

Activities included in the package

• Analysis of energy bills and consumption profiles by production area
• Inventory of greenhouse gas emission sources (boilers, furnaces, thermal engines)
• Identification of waste streams and internal recycling potential
• Establishing baseline indicators for ESG reporting (energy intensity, emissions per ton of product)
• Drafting a 6-month action plan with measures requiring no major investments

All activities are carried out on-site, at the factory, by an engineer specialized in industrial sustainability management. The estimated duration of the audit is 3 working days, and the final report is delivered within a maximum of 10 days from the visit.

Who it is suitable for

This package is aimed at factories with over 50 employees, which have not yet started the ESG reporting process or need an objective external assessment before implementing an environmental management system. It is not a certification package, but a diagnostic and prioritization tool. Companies that already have an active ISO 14001 system can benefit from this package as an independent verification of actual performance.

The package does not include continuous measurements, long-term monitoring, or the design of complex technical solutions. For these, there are separate packages for guided configuration and ongoing support.
